Client: Artiphon
Overview of work: Content marketing, digital advertising, website design, app design, branding, graphic design, product packaging, photography, videography, and email marketing.
For the past four years, I've enjoyed a leadership role at Artiphon, here in Nashville. Though I wear many hats as Director of Marketing, my focus is always strong content creation: email marketing, photography, video, and graphic design.
I led the design effort for Artiphon's record-breaking Kickstarter, planned and executed their retail rollout at the MoMA Design Store, and helped them achieve the accolade Time Magazine's "Best Invention of the Year."
Client: Friends of Rye Nature Center
Overview of work: Branding, photography, event design, print advertising, property signage, and graphic design for program guides.
Friends of Rye Nature Center is an established non-profit focused on local environmental conservation. Together we've created hundreds of print and digital campaigns, which have led to successful fundraisers, sold-out educational programs, and a robust catalog of new and interesting ideas for making Westchester County a bit more green.
I also author and illustrate children's books. After working with one of the world's largest publishing imprints, Marshall Cavendish, and later Amazon Children's Books, my original stories Asiago and Rudy and Claude Splash Into Art continue to receive excellent reviews on Amazon and GoodReads. I have also illustrated several books for other authors, and love helping to bring their stories to life.
Client: Wild Adriatic
Overview of work: Logo redesign
Wild Adriatic needed a new logo to match their ever-evolving sonic and visual aesthetic. They knew that they wanted something that nodded to their rock and roll roots, but it needed to feel more contemporary than their previous psychedelic designs–something they could be proud to emblazon on a kick drum. The below gallery shows some a look into our process, starting with art museum, pencil sketch, vectorization, and lastly, implementation into useable graphic assets.
Client: Louis York
Overview of work: Storyboarding, assistant direction, general carpentry and set design
Louis York, an up-and-coming band starring industry veterans Claude Kelly and Chuck Harmony, wanted a way to bring their energetic live show to their internet audience. This became a large scale video project that I was thrilled to conceptualize, assistant direct, and construct.
